This is recipe is courtesy of Marty:
"You may not think this would taste good, but it is delicious!! Give it a try! You could use any fruit, I just have a ton of blueberries!
2 C Cooked barley
1 1/2 C Cooked cubed chicken
1/4 C sliced green onion
1 C finely chopped broccoli
1/2 C Fat free Italian salad dressing
1 C blueberries
Mix all together except blueberries. Gently fold in blueberries. Let sit overnight in fridge. Stir gently before serving.
4 Servings @ 3 pts. each"

Note from Katie: I tried this and it is excellent! Very unusual ingredients to put together, but they give you a terrific taste sensation!
