[shadow=red,left,300]Black and White Chili with Pork[/shadow] (crock pot)
3/4 pound lean boneless pork -- cut into 1/2" cubes 1 15 ounce can black beans -- drained and rinsed 1 15 ounce can small white beans -- drained and rinsed 1 pepper -- red or yellow, chopped 1 medium tomato -- peeled and chopped 1 small onion -- thinly sliced 1 clove garlic -- crushed 1 teasthingy cumin -- ground 1 tablesthingy chili powder 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce 1/3 cup lowfat yogurt -- or sour cream 2 tablesthingys fresh cilantro -- chopped
Combine pork, beans, bell pepper, tomato, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and tomato sauce in a 3.5 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low about 6 hours or until pork is tender.
Ladle into individual bowls. Sthingy about 1 tablesthingy yogurt or sour cream on top of each bowl; sprinkle with cilantro.
Serves 6 - 5.5 WW points per serving.
