Hi I'm new here. I am low carbing but counting points. I still have some carbs, but only healthy ones. So basically it is Weight Watchers exactly, but I eat alot more veggies than fruit, and no white flour or refined sugar. I made the Best "sandwich'' today. I took a green pepper cut in half and grilled on the barbecue till soft. (it was cold from last nights supper). Then I took 3 slices of fat free chicken lunch meat, and a slice of low fat swiss cheese (from the deli) and made a sandwich out of it, the grilled pepper was the 'bread', and it was fabulous.

OOO yum, flower, that sounds delish! I eat low REFINED carbs, and stick with whole grains, and lots of fruits and veggies. That's what's nice about WW--you can taylor the program to what you want it to be!
