(Phyllis, this is for you!) Here's a link to a thread on Bootcamp Buddies that discusses the uses for, and praises the deliciousness of, Davinci SF syrups! They're not pancake syrups---they're for flavoring your coffee, smoothies, shakes, desserts, puddings, etc., etc. The uses are only limited by your imagination!
