Wow is this a great w/out!!! I've done over 10 w/outs now with it and the infomercial is right on...I DO see visible results! Total since WW I have lost 5 inches in my hips alone! I know the firm has had a part in that; I've been doing it about a month now. My shoulders are starting to get definition; I feel some major biceps forming. Wild how I feel my leg muscles when I'm walking. I do the firm 3 days a week like recommended then walk the other days. I started using 5 lb dumbells today. I had been using 1,2, and 3 lbs. It was time to bump it up. Can't believe how much stronger I feel. It's quite a tough w/out but it really works!!! I'm heavy and I can do it! So can YOU! I still have quite a bit to lose! I know I'll get there! Blessings.

Wow. thanks for that personal testimonial! And congratulations on your weight loss so far----you are VERY inspiring!!
There was a problem with the company I ordered from, and they never sent my Firm out . So I'm going to re-order it--and this time on DVD cause I now have a player.
Would you recommend the company you ordered yours from?

Thanks for the congrats!!! I'm thrilled! I ordered the firm from QVC. Came as promised no problems. It shipped in two different boxes that came about 2 or 3 days apart. I order from them a lot and would recommend them.

Katie, Have you ordered the Firm? I'm still seeing amazing results with it. Compliments left and right. I lost 4 lbs this past week! 2.6 last week. Or was it 2.8 LOL? I've lost 6 inches in hips now and 5 in the waist. 4 just under the bum LOL!

Hey there! No, I haven't ordered the Firm yet. I've gone back to swimming right now, because I have a problem with my back, and may have to have surgery---sure hope not, but I think I may have a bulging disc. Ohhh, well!
I sure am glad you're liking the Firm, and I hope to be able to get back into the swing of things soon. I'm just kinda afraid to do too much, cause I might hurt myself, so I'm just taking it easy for now.

Awww bless ya heart...I pray you get well really soon. I know you miss being able to do what you had been doing. Hang in there...and congrats on what you've accomplished so far thanks for the inspiration!
